The food truck will allow us to do more thatn just chicken in a mass quatity. We will most be at loctaions on Fridays and the weekend.

Flip flop chicken is cooking chicken on a grill for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cooked through. The chicken is fliped every 10 minutes or so. Every time the chicken is cooked it is brushed with a seasoning or butter to add and keep flavor.
